FITTED Limited Warranty

All FITTED products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects when purchased directly from buyfitted.com. The length and terms of coverage depend on the product category, as set out below. In all cases, the warranty covers the original purchaser (the first person to purchase the product from buyfitted.com) while located in the United States, and proof of purchase and photos may be required to assess a claim.

Bedding — One Year Limited Warranty

Our bedding products carry a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If you experience a manufacturing defect within one year of your purchase, you will be covered under this warranty. We will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the original product in the specification purchased, including all components of the product. There is no fee or deductible. Collection of the original product and delivery of the replacement will be completed by FITTED at no cost to the customer.

What is covered:

  • Any manufacturing defect or physical flaw in the bedding that occurs despite normal usage and proper handling.

What is not covered:

  • Comfort, aesthetic, or size preference.
  • Stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage resulting from use by the customer or their environment (this includes pet damage).
  • Damage (such as tearing or clumping of inner filling material) due to improper washing, or shrinkage due to use of a dryer.
  • A normal decrease in the fluffiness or loft of the filling after long-term use.
  • Any modifications made to the product.
  • Normal wear and tear as a result of cleaning, laundering, and normal use.
  • Products sold by an unauthorized retailer, or any product sold as "used" or with any similar wording indicating the product is not "new."

Clothing — 30 Day Limited Warranty

Our clothing and apparel products carry a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. If you experience a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, you will be covered under this warranty. We will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the original item in the specification purchased. There is no fee or deductible.

What is covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur despite normal usage and proper care, such as failed stitching or seams, or defective zippers, buttons, or hardware.

What is not covered:

  • Fit, comfort, aesthetic, or size preference.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, pilling, thinning, or stretching that results from regular wear and laundering.
  • Damage, shrinkage, or discoloration resulting from improper washing, drying, or failure to follow the care instructions.
  • Stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage resulting from use by the customer or their environment (this includes pet damage).
  • Any modifications or alterations made to the product.
  • Products sold by an unauthorized retailer, or any product sold as "used" or with any similar wording indicating the product is not "new."

General Warranty Terms

If your item arrives with a stain, visible mark, or other defect, this must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy. Reports made after this period may not be accepted.

For limited edition items, exchanges will be available as long as quantities allow, due to their limited availability. When limited edition items are no longer available for exchange, customers will be offered alternative options or store credit.

All third-party purchases must be taken up directly with the point of purchase. FITTED is not responsible for purchases made outside of the buyfitted.com website.

Your Legal Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties on a product are limited in duration to the term of the applicable limited warranty above. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
