Shipping Rates & Timeframes

Contiguous US

Standard — 4–7 business days — $9 for orders under $100, free for orders over $100

Expedited* — 3–4 business days — $14

Priority* — 2–3 business days — $29

Hawaii & Alaska

Standard** — 5–8 business days — $19.99 for orders under $300, free for orders over $300

* Expedited and Priority shipping are subject to availability. Some items may not be eligible for these services.

** Some items may not be eligible for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

We currently ship within the United States only. [Update this line once you expand to the UK, Australia, or other regions.]

Order Processing

Each FITTED order is made to order. After you place your order, your items are cut, sewn, ironed, and packaged just for you. Please allow 4 days for us to create your order before it ships.

Once your order has been created and dispatched, the shipping timeframes above apply. In other words, your total delivery time is the 4-day creation period plus the shipping timeframe for the service you selected. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Timeframe

Please keep in mind that shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable. Delivery during or after holidays, or to areas experiencing severe weather conditions, may require additional time.

Track Your Order

We recommend monitoring your shipping updates using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost in transit: If your package is lost in transit before it is marked as delivered, we've got you covered. Contact us at contact@buyfitted.com and we will replace your order or issue a full refund. If a package is showing no tracking movement, please allow [X] business days from the last tracking update before contacting us, so we can confirm it is genuinely lost rather than delayed.

Damaged on arrival: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at contact@buyfitted.com with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

After delivery: FITTED accepts no responsibility for loss or theft of any product after delivery has been confirmed to the nominated or stipulated delivery location as per the checkout delivery instructions. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.
