Refund Policy

At FITTED, we take pride in the quality of our products and are confident that you will find great satisfaction in the comfort of our bedding and apparel. If, however, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, the following guidelines apply.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Extended Holiday Return Period (optional/seasonal — update or remove each year): To make gifting easier, orders placed between December  and End of December qualify for our extended 45 days return window.

Conditions

  • Products must be returned in the original packaging received and free from any stains, wear, or damage (this condition does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — see "Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items" below).
  • A maximum of two (2) items per order are eligible for a refund. Unlimited store credit and exchange items are available per order.
  • If there is a variance in price for exchange items, you must pay the price difference, or you will be refunded if the exchange item is of lesser value. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@buyfitted.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you — including return shipping and a replacement or full refund. This applies regardless of the conditions and fees described elsewhere in this policy, and nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Fees

Returns for refund:

  • A $10 return and processing fee applies per order.
  • For orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska, a $10 return and processing fee applies per order.

This fee is deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges and store credit: Always completely free.

Refund Issuance

All approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, issued as store credit, or processed as an exchange, as applicable.

Refunds are processed within [X] business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

If the original form of payment is no longer active, or we are unable to process the refund to the original payment method, you will receive store credit for the same amount.

If you received a product as a gift, returns will be honored if requested within 30 days of when the gift order was placed, and refunds will be issued in the form of store credit to you or to the original purchaser.

Order Changes

Due to the speed of our fulfillment, we cannot guarantee updates to an order's shipping address or changes to an order after it has been placed.

If you require a change to your shipping address, we recommend contacting the courier to assist with updating the shipping address.

If you would like to add, change, or upgrade the items in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@buyfitted.com. If we cannot change your order, you may return the items in your original order. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Order Cancellation

After your order has shipped, we cannot process a cancellation. If you wish to cancel or return an item that has already shipped, please contact us at contact@buyfitted.com and return your items for a refund in accordance with this policy.

Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship, by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us at contact@buyfitted.com.
